Delivery Policy

Here at Net’s Mini Market, we offer an easy process to deliver your products. Products that are purchased online and request for same day delivery must be process within the hours of 8am – 5pm. Any purchases that are placed any time after the hour, will be prepared for delivery the next day. Upon purchase, your name, address, email and phone number will be asked, so that communication is effective prior to delivery.

  • To qualify for product delivery, you must live within the 1 and 5 mile radius of the market.

  • Orders purchased online for pick and delivery, must remain over $30.

  • All orders must be purchased online prior to delivery.

  • Our Employee’s and customers health is important to us. We ask that upon delivery, face mask is worn during any market product transactions.

  • Our customer services is very important to us! If you have enjoyed your delivery experience with our Net’s Mini Market delivery service, TIPS are accepted.

  • Failed attempt of delivery, $30 service fee may occur to each attempt after. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns for nearly every item available at Net’s Mini Market up to 30 days of in store purchase. However, some products may vary depending on the item. To ensure your item may be returned, review the exceptions below.

Online Purchase

Customer must call within 30 minutes of online purchase to receive total refund. Please contact manager for single items returns. 

 

Damage or Defective Items

If an product you’ve received from Net’s Mini Market is damaged or defective, please bring the item in for either a refund on item or market item replacement.

 

Electronics

 

Most Electronics must be return within 30 days. Items such as: 

 

  • Headphones

  • Earbuds

  • Speakers

 

Food

 

Non-perishable food may be returned, unopened food items within 5 days. If you received a damaged or defective perishable item, you must have your receipt and you can get a full refund in the form of your original payment. Please visit the local market with the following information:

Fresh Product Guarantee

 

It is our goal to maintain fresh products upon customers purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your items purchased from Fresh Produce, Meats or Bakery, you can receive a full refund of the item by taking the receipt to the local Net’s Mini Market where you purchased the product. We ask that you bring item with when returning. All returns must be complete by management.

 

Health and Beauty

 

Must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with the Original package that item was purchased in.

 

Tobacco and Alcohol

 

Unopened tobacco and alcohol products can only be returned with a receipt to the local market where it was purchased from.
